We are down to earth, inclusive, community driven studio located in the heart of Moruya (Yuin Country) offering a dedicated space to move, breathe & connect authentically through the practice of Yoga, Community Circles & Workshops.

We offer a diverse range of mindful movement and stillness practices (across 7 days a week - open every day of the year) and a wonderful team of dedicated, qualified and experienced teachers to choose from, who all bring something beautifully unique to their classes. 

 

Classes are filled with options, invitations and the opportunity to embark on your own individual journey, practice at your own pace to honour your unique body.

Our mission is to provide a safe, comfortable & inclusive place for everyone to access the benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat.

There is no need to be flexible and no need to have had any experience to join our classes.

*Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts or 10 if you have not booked.

*All classes must be paid for before the class commences.

You can find us at 13/73 Vulcan Street (Cnr Vulcan St & Mirrabooka Ave) MORUYA NSW 2537 (upstairs of the Air Raid Building - the entrance is on Mirrabooka Ave, walk around the balcony until you find us).
