Introducing Alex, you can find her in the studio @thatlittleyogaplace for the next 3 Mondays at 4pm (while she is here in town & covering for Hannah while she is on tour).

Expect to practice asanas, pranayama, kriyas, meditation, and connect to different layers of your body.

Alex is a Yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and an Ayurvedic Practitioner and bodyworker. But most of all she is a student of Life, striving to apply healthy routines, and be of service to others.

Through her personal practice - her Sadhana -, she works towards spiritual alignment and promotes well-being in order to keep the mind, body and spirit healthy.

In her yoga classes she will focus on grounding by cultivating presence, connecting to the breath and finding ways to help you unite with yourself.

Live in Mogo is the debut event from Hank Presents — a new live music series celebrating women and gender-diverse artists on the South Coast.

Set at Little Paddocks in Mogo (Walbunja Yuin Country), this summer evening brings together a full lineup of women and non-binary fronted live acts and DJs, moving from golden-hour performances into late-night dance floor energy under the stars.

Expect live bands, DJs, community vibes, and space to dance, sit, wander, and connect.

Featuring performances from: Ruby Munro (solo) Piper Allen (duo), Lillian McVeity (band), Val Moogz (band), Baby Mama (DJ), Lilith (DJ) and Rosie Rose (DJ)

Meet Alice 🙂

Allice has been part of our team now for over 5 years!
(Ps. Thank you for a beautiful spicy practice this morning!)

Alice practices a blended style of yoga, incorporating vinyasa and satyananda teachings to integrate the elements and focus on the sensations within your body.

Her love of yoga is in its ability to bring us into this present moment and to continuously evolve with the exploration of this human experience.

Dedicated to helping others navigate what it is to feel healthy, Alice has worked around the world opening retreat centers and running naturopathic yoga workshops.

She is always a student and currently studying under the guidance of Janet Stone. Alice’s classes are open to beginners and intermediate, everyone is welcome!

Alice is also a qualified naturopath and massage therapist and has her own business The Wilder Method - if you haven't already check out her website and follow her Instagram to keep updated on upcoming retreats and events.

The Wilder Method offers immersive experiences for everyone, through a range of Retreats, Naturopathy, Massage, Workshops and Yoga. Using effective therapies that work with nature to treat the whole person.

I've been coming to That Little Yoga Place for a few years now, and absolutely love it.

Cat has created a welcoming and supportive space and all the teachers are fantastic.

My favourite classes are Yin and Mindfulness, Mellow Flow, and the faster Spicy Flow.

That Little Yoga Place is a down to earth, inclusive, community driven studio located in the heart of Moruya (Yuin Country). A dedicated space to move, find stillness, breathe & connect through the practice of Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Community Circles & Workshops.

You will find within, a diverse range of mindful movement, stillness, meditation & breathwork practices, an amazing community and a wonderful team of dedicated, qualified and experienced teachers to choose from.

Our mission is to provide a place for everyone to access the benefits of yoga, both on and off the mat.

We are open 7 days a week - every day of the year including all public holidays, Christmas Day & New Years Day

and everything you need to practice is right here at the studio already so all you need to bring is you.
