Mellow Movement

Slower transitions, time to find your feet, to connect your breath.

Perfect for a first class back after a while, first class ever or if you're in the mood for a more grounding practice and get back to the basics. :)
Suitable for all levels - from experienced to absolute beginners, if you have limited movement and/or recovering from illness/injury.

Yoga Align
If you are interested in deepening your practice and safely exploring alignment that suits your own unique body - these classes are for you!

Workshop-style yoga classes that combine detailed alignment for exploring fun poses and transitions and the freedom to play within familiar and new poses and the time for any specific questions you might have to suit your own unique practice.

From beginners to seasoned practitioners, this class hopes to broaden the range of capabilities of each person through the breakdown of safe alignment, breath and exploring beyond asana.

Yin & Mindfulness
A passive, mostly floor based practice, holding the shapes for a little bit longer working with TCM & deeper connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fascia).
An opportunity to linger a little longer with time to find the space within & connect to your body, mind.
Yin yoga is also wonderful for nourishing the nervous system.

Rest & Restore
Restorative Yoga
Restore and nourish your body and mind with this proactive healing practice, giving your body and nervous system a chance to catch up and reset.
Using props (bolsters/blankets) to find the best support for your body to allow comfort and relaxation, allowing your body time to rest, restore, realign and recover.
An opportunity for body to release, relax & restore in the most gentlest way possible..

Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic & energising.
Progressive, creative sequencing, vinyasa style flow with fluid movement connecting mindful movement & breath.
​An opportunity to challenge the physical body, to explore outside the comfort zone, while building strength, cardio, endurance and heat. Often working towards a 'peak pose' & a play with inversions.
​All classes provide options to for rest throughout and a variety of options to choose from so you can practice authentically.

Yoga Nidra
Our Yoga Nidra practice begins with some slow, mindful, and gentle movement to help settle the physical body into stillness, followed by a Yoga Nidra practice (around the last 30ish minutes).

Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique and is a systematic practice of moving awareness from your external world to your inner world (your body).
​
In a Yoga Nidra state, the mental processes and our senses rest so that our minds can become clear and calm.
​
This class is suitable for everyone, especially those who would like to experience a deeper sense of peace and re-connect with themselves.
It is beneficial for especially those who struggle to let go, suffers from lack of sleep, trauma, burnout, and anxiety. Through regular practice, tensions at the physical, emotional, and mental level can be minimised.
