Our Classes

We offer Vinyasa style Flow, Gentle Flow, Power Yoga, Yoga for Beginners, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yoga for Anxiety and Mindful, Trauma Informed Yoga (by appointment). ​

Private one on one and corporate/group sessions are also available.

Gentle Yoga

A subtle slow gentle flow, strengthening and stretching with a focus on alignment and the time to find your shape, your flow.
 
This class is suitable for all levels - from experienced to absolute beginners, if you have limited movement and/or recovering from illness/injury or looking for a gentle and grounding flow :)

Flow (Vinyasa)

An energising vinyasa style flow, strengthening and stretching while connecting mindfulness movement with breath. Suitable for all levels as there are plenty of options given throughout the practice for you to choose from.  

Power Yoga (Heated)

This class creates heat within your body. An energetic, challenging, strong class in a heated room. Using movement to help clear your mind and challenge your physical body.

Yin & Mindfulness 

A passive, mindful practice, working with your deep connective tissue (facia etc) using props to find the best option for your body to create space and find stillness in both your body and mind. All levels.

Flow & Unwind

Beginning the class with some gentle movement & finishing with a Yoga Nidra ​practice.

Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique and is a systematic practice of moving awareness from your external world to your inner world (your body). In a Yoga Nidra state, the mental processes cease and out senses ret so that our mind can become clear and calm. 

A healing practice, this class is suitable for everyone, especially those who would like to experience a deeper sense of peace and re-connect with themselves. It is beneficial for anyone who struggles to let go, suffers from lack of sleep, trauma, burnout and anxiety. 

Through regular practice, tensions at the physical, emotional and mental level can be minimised.



Restorative Yoga

Using props (bolsters/blankets etc) to find the best shape for your body and mind to be comfortable and relaxed to allow your body time to rest and recover. A deep and gentle way for your body to relax & restore.

Come dressed in your most comfy clothes and restore and nourish your body and mind with this proactive healing practice, giving your body and nervous system a chance to catch up and reset.

Back to Basics - Beginners Yoga

Perfect if you are starting your journey (or even if you have been practising a while) and want to feel the benefits yoga has to offer while creating a solid foundation for your practice.


Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to get back to basics.

A fun and informal class, spending time together peeling everything right back to the basics to set up safe and steady alignment and transitioning between each pose. We will also be able to fully explore any modifications that may be required for your unique body
