- Bookings are recommended but not essential - your booking will be held until 10 minutes before class starts.
​
- Payments for classes and passes can be made via the website when booking online, bank transfer or cash only at the studio.
Payments for class must be received before the class commences.
​
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes early or 15 minutes if you are new to the studio. To avoid disruption to other students who have arrived on time and to allow yourself time to set up and settle in. Please let the teacher know that you have arrived so that you can be checked in (or added to the class and organise payment if you have not booked and be shown where everything is if you haven't been before)..

- Doors to the studio will be locked once class commences to avoid disruption and for the safety of students and their property.

- No water bottles, food or phones (Emergency on call workers excluded) are permitted in the studio practice area. This it to protect flooring, prevent distraction for you and for others in class. We recommend to properly hydrate before and after each class and to not eat too much directly before practice.

- Please let the teacher know if you have any pre and/or existing injuries or are pregnant and that you have approval from your health professional to practice.

- By coming into the studio to practice you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

- We have all the mats, bolsters, blocks & blankets to support your practice so all you need to bring is you! You are welcome to bring your own mat and props if you have them and would like to.
If you do use our matts, matts must be sprayed and cleansed after use, and bolsters and blankets to be folded and put away neatly after use.​

Liability Waiver Agreement

As with any exercise or movement, there is a real risk of injury. While we take all reasonable steps to mitigate this risk, it cannot be entirely eliminated.
Some movements in yoga are not recommended or safe for certain medical conditions. We recommend that you consult your GP or healthcare provider prior to participating in any new activities, including yoga. By booking a session with us at That Little Yoga Place, you affirm that a licensed physician has verified your health and physical condition to participate in the program.
It is your responsibility to make the teacher aware of any health and medical conditions or physical limitations prior to commencing the class. You must also make the teacher aware of any changes to your health status or physical condition, including but not limited to: injury, illness, surgery, or pregnancy. The information that you share with That Little Yoga Place remains confidential.
It is your responsibility to practice yoga within your physical and mental limits on any given day. The instructions given throughout the class are for guidance only. If you feel any pain (sharp or nerve pain) discomfort or strain at any point in the class, you agree to discontinue the activity and seek support from the teacher. You agree to adjust your practice according to your level of ability and comfort, and the decision to engage in any posture or activity remains yours.
That Little Yoga Place and it's teachers are not liable for any injury, accident, or health impairment resulting from participating in the class, or utilizing the techniques suggested in the class.

Yoga movements have some risk of hurting yourself. That Little Yoga Place will help to you stay safe, but there is still risk.

If you feel pain at any time, you need to safely stop doing the movement and ask for help from the teacher.

You need to tell the teacher about any health or medical issues or pre or existing injuries you have and that you have appropriate medical approval to practice. You also need to tell them when something about your health changes.
By proceeding with my booking, I acknowledge that my participation in this class or program is fully voluntary, and at my own risk. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages which may occur during participation.
I have carefully read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Liability Waiver Agreement. I am accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement voluntarily and recognise that my acceptance serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and that it cannot be changed orally.
