Our Classes Explained

All our classes are suitable for all levels of experience. With plenty of options and variations to choose from on the day. We understand that every day can be so different from the next, we all have different things going on in our lives and our bodies. We encourage you to honour your body by supporting your practice as much as you feel/need. Practice how you feel.


We offer Vinyasa & Dynamic style Flow, Gentle Yoga/Slow Flow, Power Yoga, Yoga for Beginners, Yin & Mindfulness Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ashtanga, Prenatal Yoga, Yoga for Anxiety and Mindful, Trauma Informed & Trauma Sensitive Yoga. ​

Private one on one and corporate/group sessions are also available.

Community Yoga

Join us for Community yoga every Monday at 12pm. A free gentle class suitable for absolute beginners with absolutely no obligation to pay anything. However any donations made for this class will be given to help support Mental Health Australia, LIfeline and to promote awareness and support of mental health and wellbeing.

Back to Basics - Beginners Yoga

Perfect if you are starting your journey (or even if you have been practising a while) and want to feel the benefits yoga has to offer while creating a solid foundation for your practice.

A fun and informal class, spending time together peeling everything right back to the basics to set up safe and steady alignment and transitioning between each pose. We will also be able to fully explore any modifications that may be required for your unique body.

Gentle Yoga

A grounding subtle slower flow gently strengthening and stretching and building balance, connecting breath with movement, clear instructions with alignment and the time to find your shape, your flow. Using blocks and bolsters to support you and your body where required.
This class is suitable for all levels - from experienced to absolute beginners, if you have limited movement and/or recovering from illness/injury or looking for a gentle and grounding flow :) 

Flow (Vinyasa/Dynamic)

A vinyasa & dynamic style flow, strengthening and stretching while connecting mindfulness movement with breath. Suitable for all levels. There are plenty of options given throughout the practice for you to choose from depending on how you are feeling on the day.  Flow how you feel. Suitable for all levels

Power Yoga

A heated, dynamic, strong class. Options to push outside your comfort zone, creating natural internal heat within the body though movement and breath in a a heated room. Using movement to help clear your mind and challenge your physical body. There are plenty of options to choose from throughout this class so you can chose to make it as strong or supported as you feel and can rest at any time. Suitable for all levels.

Yin & Mindfulness Yoga

A slow, passive, mindful practice, mostly floor based shapes, staying for longer, allowing the body time to release into the shape. Using props to find the best option for your body to create space and find stillness in both your body and mind. Suitable for all levels.

Restorative Yoga

Restore and nourish with this proactive healing practice, giving your body and nervous system a chance to catch up and reset.

Using props (bolsters/blankets etc) to find the best shape for your body and mind to be comfortable and relaxed to allow your body time to rest, realign and recover. A deep and gentle way for your body to relax & restore. Suitable for all levels


Yoga Nidra

Starting the practice with some slow, gentle movement to release any stored energy and unwinding with a Yoga Nidra practice. An ancient technique and is a systematic practice of moving awareness from your external world to your inner world (your body). In a Yoga Nidra state, the mental processes cease and our senses rest so that our mind can become clear and calm. 

A healing practice, this class is suitable for everyone, especially those who would like to experience a deeper sense of peace and re-connect with themselves. It is beneficial for anyone who struggles to let go, suffers from lack of sleep, trauma, burnout and anxiety. 

Through regular practice, tensions at the physical, emotional and mental level can be minimised. Suitable for all levels


Private sessions

Learn the traditional way, tailored specifically for you and your journey. Including Trauma Informed classes, one on one sessions are available at the studio or at your place. 

1 x private session at the studio  $110

3 x private sessions at the studio $280

Group sessions are available (corporate/functions/birthdays/workshops/events).
