Service Description

Using props (bolsters/blankets) to find the best support for your body to allow comfort and relaxation, allowing your body time to rest, restore, realign and recover. An opportunity for body to relax & restore in the most gentlest way possible.. Restore and nourish your body and mind with this proactive healing practice, giving your body and nervous system a chance to catch up and reset. Everyone is welcomed *Bookings are highly recommended - please arrive for class at least 5-10 minutes early - all classes must be paid for before the class commences.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are not able to be rescheduled or refunded within 2 hours of the class or workshop commencing.
