BALANCE & PLAY is coming to Moruya! 🌿 Join me at @thatlittleyogaplace on Saturday 7th February for a afternoon of movement that feels playful, freeing and refreshingly different. This light-hearted workshop blends movement, balance training and foot health to help you reconnect with your body, improve coordination, and build confidence from the ground up. You’ll explore movement that feels natural and empowering, discover simple tools you can bring into everyday life, and most importantly… have FUN while doing it!! No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play. Cancellation Policy

By proceeding with my booking, I acknowledge that my participation in this class or program is fully voluntary, and at my own risk. By coming into the studio to practice you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. - Please arrive at least 10 minutes early or 15 minutes if you are new to the studio. To avoid disruption to other students who have arrived on time and to allow yourself time to set up and settle in. Please let the teacher know that you have arrived so that you can be checked in (or added to the class and organise payment if you have not booked and be shown where everything is if you haven't been before).. -Your booking will be reserved until 10 minutes before class starts. - Doors to the studio will be locked once class commences to avoid disruption and for the safety of students and their property. - No water bottles, food or phones (Emergency on call workers excluded) are permitted on or near yoga mats. This it to protect flooring, prevent distraction for you and for others in class. Please ensure phones are off when arriving to the studio. We recommend to properly hydrate before and after each class and to not eat too much directly before practice. All personal items can be stored in the shelving provided. - Please let the teacher know if you have any pre and/or existing injuries or are pregnant and that you have approval from your health professional to practice. - We have all the mats, bolsters, blocks & blankets to support your practice so all you need to bring is you! You are welcome to bring your own mat and props if you have them and would like to. If you do use our matts, matts must be sprayed and cleansed after use, and bolsters and blankets to be folded and put away neatly after use. - Class passes & Memberships can not be shared, transferred, refunded or extended., missed sessions will not be credited or refunded or rescheduled. - Weekly memberships can be paused for up to 2 weeks every 3 months, an email must be sent to cat@thatlittleyogaplace.com.au and will be paused from after the next billing period. To cancel a membership please also send an email, or log in and you can cancel personally (after the minimum 13 week signup period has ended) I acknowledge have carefully read though and fully understood and agree to the terms of the Liability Waiver Agreement.
