Restorative Yoga & Reiki Immersion

Service Description

Join us at 2.00pm at That Little Yoga Place in Moruya on Sunday 5 May 2024 for a 1.5 hour Restorative Yoga and Reiki immersion to assist your body to release, restore, relax, recover and heal. Restorative Yoga allows your body time to settle into a relaxed, parasympathetic state which enables your body time to release, recover and restore. The shapes create an opening within the body which brings it back to natural alignment with the assistance of props, blocks and blankets. Reiki is a Japanese energetic technique used widely for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. Rei means universal and Ki means life force or energy that everything is made from. Reiki healing energy goes to where it is needed in the mind, body and soul. Energy flows though the Reiki practitioner who acts as a channel as the energy moves though the practitioner to the recipient. Cat will lead you though a Trauma Sensitive Restorative Yoga practice and will provide Reiki healing both individually and as part of the group. Wear loose comfy clothes, bring along any favourite props - bolsters, pillows, cushions, eye pillow and or blankets that you would like to bring. We have everything you need here so that you can be comfortable and supported so it's ok if you don't bring anything 🙂 We suggest to come properly hydrated and avoid too much food or coffee before the session. There are limited numbers for this workshops so bookings are essential.
